Andi Eigenmann has found her fitness motivation in herself when she took a trip down memory lane and looked back on the progress of her workouts last year.
The mom of three started to get back on her health journey back in March of last when she was just two months postpartum.
“Was looking for some motivation and found it in myself! Looking back on the progress I’ve made from gaining 175 lbs in my 3rd pregnancy to losing 50 lbs after 10 months,” she wrote.
In her short video, she compiled the many clips of her working out and staying active while she was still in her home in Siargao.
She then thanked her coaches, which included her fiancé Philmar Alipayo for their help and making her journey a fun one.
Andi opened up that her feeling “out of place” for two months has slowed her down in her journey but has made realize the importance of physical exercise on her mental health.
“I do have my own personal fitness goals, of course, but exercise and staying active really does so much more to us that keep us fit,” she ended.
Currently, their happy island family are in Manila after Typhoon Odette hit their island home back in December.
